As with the January event, volunteers came from major high schools across Orange County, including two captains of varsity golf teams. The student volunteers demonstrated strong technical proficiency while offering patient, heartfelt guidance. From teaching proper grip and swing fundamentals to encouraging confidence with every attempt, the volunteers created a supportive and uplifting learning environment for each participant.​

 

At the conclusion of the session, organizers prepared a welcoming reception featuring a generous selection of refreshments and beautifully arranged gifts for the participating families. The gathering provided time for families, volunteers, and organizers to connect, celebrate progress, and share encouragement.

What began as an outreach effort for three families has now grown to serve more than ten special-needs households, with its influence steadily increasing. More children are stepping out of their comfort zones, embracing new challenges, and discovering the joy of movement and participation.​

Following the successful launch of its inaugural golf outreach event in January, Highlight International Art Center and SanFu Golf Association once again partnered on March 7, 2025, to host a golf experience event for more than ten special-needs families at YOYO Golf.​

Highlight International Art Center and SanFu Golf Association believe that sports represent one of the most direct and genuine forms of communication between people. Through physical activity, individuals connect beyond words, build mutual understanding, and form lasting bonds.
