LAKE FOREST, Calif., Oct. 17, 2026 — Young artists, volunteers, and community members gathered at YOYO Golf for “Made to Be Seen—Art Exhibition and Charity Fashion Show,” an event combining original artwork with fashion design and an inclusive youth runway performance.

The event was jointly organized by the Silicon Valley Global Innovation Youth Club Branch, Color and Care Club, and Highlight International Art Center Youth Club. It provided young people with special needs a platform to showcase their talents and connect with the wider community.

Original paintings by five young artists—Tony Nakayama, Qinlu Guo, Melissa Jin, Ivan Shieh, and Sean Du—inspired the clothing featured in the show. By bringing their artwork from canvas to runway, the event presented their imagination and individual expression in a new medium.

Zongheng (Brian) He initiated the fashion show, designed and produced the clothing, and prepared his solo art exhibition. Brian Yan planned and promoted the exhibition featuring the five young artists. Catherine Zhang led the runway choreography and joined Brian Yan, Suri Li, and fellow youth volunteers and young people with special needs in a 13-person performance celebrating collaboration and mutual support
